The World Serpent Inn was a renowned, multidimensional establishment and transitive demiplane, irregularly linked to every plane and world within the multiverse.
The Inn was described by some as being a neutral ground where creatures of all types could mingle safely. Regulars of the Inn scorned any fighting that occured outside of its brawling pit.
Adventurers often populated the Inn, making it a good place to hire sellswords and other mercenaries. Sometimes even deities came to the Inn in disguise to relax.

Rule One Food is on the house, drinks are not.
Rule Two Leave whenever you are ready.
Rule Three Do not attack the waitstaff.
